Curry Leaves(Kadi Patta) (6-7 leaves) <br />

Vegetable Oil (1-2 table spoon)<br />

Method:<br />
Fry the toor dal until brown. Soak in water for 1/2 to 1 hour. Wash and drain the toor dal.Cut the coconut, onions, green chilies and put in blender(Mixie). Add salt to taste. Grind the contents until its like a paste. <br />
<br />
Take some vegetable oil on a fry pan. After heated for sometime add the mustered seed and curry leaves. Remove from flame and mix with the paste.<br />
<br />
Your chutney is ready. Serve with Dosa or Idili.<br />

Take a tender coconut, pour out the water into a blender, add the coconut cream and a little sugar to taste. Blend the contents till you see a little froth. Pour into a glass and keep in fridge until cold. Drink as you please..<br />
